At Mystery Shirt in a Box, we want you to love your surprise kit, but we understand that sizing can be tricky in the world of sports apparel. If your mystery jersey doesn't fit or arrives damaged, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the shirt received to verify the brand and sizing tag.

• 2.
  Package Your Mystery Item

  Place the jersey back in its original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn and in their original 'mystery' condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Replacement

  Once our team inspects the return, we will ship out a new mystery box of the same value or issue a store credit for your next kit.
